We were family of 4 and one of the best place to stay. It is super safe, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Everything’s perfect. The villas greatly enhance my holiday experience due to their highly strategic location, allowing me to walk to anywhere in Seminyak.

We had a great stay! The staff (Ayu and Yanik) were incredible, really took care of us. They felt like a part of our family and were wonderful with our 13 month old. The Villa was fumigated nightly, mozzie coils lit often and a mozzie net was over the cot provided which was really important to us. Loved the pool fence option, was installed very swiftly. Communication was fantastic from the get go, was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Right in the heart of Seminyak so close to everything, however set far back enough from the street so very quiet. Overall extremely happy and would return!

Its walking distance to the one of the most hyped bar in seminyak and other great area as well so you can definitely enjoy traffic free when exploring seminyak. Great host and very friendly staff as well.

Sahana Villas is one of those places where you really feel so at home when you step foot inside. From the incredible welcome from the staff, and even a visit from the owner, Georg, this is one place which we won’t forget and will definitely be returning! The space is so big, you are really free to chill out, play some games, spread out and do whatever you like! We especially loved the floating breakfast, which was an amazing chance for us to get some cool pictures! Sahana is super child-friendly also, with adjustments which can be made to the villa to suit any age — such as the child gate around the whole swimming pool, which is perfect to allow parents to relax without having to be on lifeguard duty! We had the most perfect sleep at Sahana, even though it is in the best location, seconds from the busy street — the soundproof bedrooms really made it seem like we were in a faraway land. Not to mention the incredible outdoor bathrooms which come with every single bedroom in the villa! We can’t wait to stay with you again!

The villa was perfect. Each unit is self contained with its own bathroom and there is a shared kitchen, pool and garden. All of the staff were very helpful and the ladies are able to make wonderful meals in the evenings at exceptionally good prices. Wonderful breakfasts included every morning at no cost and they will even do your laundry at no cost. The villa is really peaceful despite being close to a busy area. You can ask for a car to take you anywhere and our driver (Nyoman) was great. Thank you to all of the staff for making it a wonderful holiday.

The friendliest of staff. Super clean place with all the amenities you need. Amazing breakfast in the mornings and a nice quiet place in the middle of Seminyak. Really loved our stay at Sahana Villas. Was taken care of from the moment of arrival to departure. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice breakaway for a couple days.

The Sahana Villas are beyond perfect. They have literally thought of everything and the villas are immaculately designed down to the smallest detail. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Everything you could possibly want and need is right here. Walking through the gate and seeing the pool and villa for the first time, I had to pinch myself to see if I was dreaming. Who would have thought you could find such tranquility in the heart of Seminyak.

This villa had everything you could ask for. Exceptional service, super friendly staff who all spoke English which is very helpful, and in a prime location.

We are a family of 5 adults and Sahana Villas were absolutely perfect for our requirements. Our criteria was 3 units and a private swimming pool in a central location close to all amenities, as we didn’t want to drive much in the Bali traffic! The villas are two minutes walk from the main road but are an oasis of calm in a very secure environment — they are monitored by CCTV constantly. On one occasion our daughter arrived back before us and the staff rushed out with an umbrella and let her in. George the owner is from Austria and the villas are equipped to a very high standard as you would expect: the latest air conditioning system, coffee machines for budding baristas and everything you would expect from luxury accommodation. A special mention for the staff who are exceptional — nothing is too much trouble for them. If you wanted anything special for breakfast that is not included they will go out and buy it for you and bring back a receipt so you can reimburse them. We ordered a seafood barbecue one evening; the staff went to the market, bought the fish, brought it back and cooked it on the barbecue. It was wonderful and exceptionally good value as they did all the bargaining. Give yourselves a treat one night! I cannot recommend Sahana Villas highly enough.

Loved my time at Sahana Villas. The decor was amazing and the staff were incredible! They were polite, well spoken and competent at their work — cooking a delicious breakfast and keeping the place immaculately clean the entire time. Great aircon, beautiful functional bathrooms. I’ll be back! x

We had a wonderful stay at Sahana Villas for 2 weeks with our family of 6. Villas are clean & spacious with lovely yard & pool. Very convenient location but quiet. George & his staff were very helpful & looked after us with daily cleaning & breakfast, and helped with transport & arranging outings. Highly recommend.

Had such an amazing time with a group of 9 others at Sahana Villas. Clean and comfortable space. The staff were lovely — helpful and always on hand to assist all our needs. The site is well maintained, gardens groomed and the pool with surroundings is a highlight. The perfect place to chill at any time of day. Highly recommended!!

From the moment you arrive at Sahana Villas, you really do feel that you’ve reached paradise. We spent 17 nights here with my parents and my two kids (both under 3). The villas are located down a private (so nice and quiet!) gang, or alley, each entrance identified by a numbered, beautiful rustic wooden door with its own security camera. The first thing you notice is just how big the grounds are — the open grass space was absolutely perfect for our young kids to run around on, one of the main reasons we chose Sahana. The villa was also able to organise pool fencing (at a reasonable additional charge) for peace of mind and the safety of our kids. The pool is a great size, with a shallow ledge that’s great if you aren’t water confident and for the young ones. The villa itself is very practically set out: a central communal open-air kitchen and lounge area, with a bedroom each side, then a stand-alone teak Joglo house to the side. The beds were all very comfortable, with clean, crisp, quality linens. A cot was provided for our baby, with a mosquito net, at no extra charge. The bathrooms are all open-air but still very private — my daughter playfully called it the ‘jungle shower’ because of the beautiful greenery. The staff were all absolutely lovely, genuine, friendly people. This is one of the massive thumbs up for Sahana Villas — nothing ever seemed too hard for them. Being able to experience their morning prayer ritual whilst waiting for our breakfast to be prepared was so beautiful. We felt very much a part of the Sahana family. The breakfast was incredibly plentiful, fresh and deliciously prepared, and the coffee (beans grown on the owner’s plantation) was amazing. A masseuse can come to your villa, and the private driver service (Nyoman was a personable gentleman with fantastic English) took us to Ubud in air-conditioned comfort. The location is perfect — just a few minutes walk to the best restaurants, cafes and beach clubs. Overall, we had an amazing time. It really was ‘home’ for the time we spent in Seminyak. I would highly recommend it, especially to families.

For breakfast you can choose your preferences and staff will make it for you in the morning whenever you want. The villas and backyard are totally private and cosily furnished. Ideal for a family stay — you will enjoy it!

Our family of 7 adults recently stayed 5 nights at Sahana Villas for our daughter’s 30th birthday. What a great place! 3 big bedrooms, gorgeous outdoor bathrooms and the meals/kitchen area had so much room. Not to mention the large private pool area. The villa was very very clean. Cannot thank the staff enough — they were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They are centrally located so you can walk to all the great shops and restaurants in Seminyak. I would definitely recommend Sahana Villas and hopefully one day will stay there again. Once again thank you George and all the staff for making our stay so good.

Sahana Villas were situated perfectly in the heart of Seminyak, close to the main shopping street and some great restaurants. The facilities were clean and comfortable. It’s also stunning and perfect for Instagram! The staff were excellent and the breakfast was on point! I would 100% recommend Sahana Villas for couples, families or friends!

The Sahana Villas are a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. We were able to relax and unwind at the villa after a busy day shopping or eating out at the many nearby places. The rooms were clean and had everything you would need, and the outdoor bathrooms were impressive. The common areas encouraged socialising and community, with enough spaces to chill on your own if you wanted to. I would highly recommend staying here.

Sahana Villas is the perfect setup — right in the heart of Seminyak, yet peaceful and very spacious. The layout is great and the pool/outdoor area is perfect. The staff were super friendly, and always made sure we had fresh fruit available, and coconuts in hand. Definitely a Bali favourite. Will be staying again next time we visit, without doubt.

I wanted to thank Sahana Villas and its team and owner for making our visit to Bali one of the best trips that we’ve had. The location is in the center of Seminyak, however we didn’t hear any noise from the busy shopping and restaurant street. Everything is beautifully maintained, and the staff especially are the most kind people that we’ve met. I really recommend anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Bali to come and experience Sahana Villas.

We have been enjoying holidays in Bali since 2010, and this was definitely one of the best stays we ever had. We were three adults and two kids and the villa was just perfect. The experience started upon airport pick-up — a comfortable, extra-spacious van (with cold refreshing towels and cool water bottles) was waiting for us and avoided all the taxi hustle, for a very fair price. Both the staff and our incredible host, Georg, made us feel at home. The villa has a great location, near one of our favourite streets, Jl. Kayu Aya — good restaurants, nice shops, supermarket, pharmacy and much more, one step away, yet the villa remains quiet. The beach is also at walkable distance, no longer than 20 minutes with the kids. The lawn with the palm trees and the pool is an invaluable asset. The three autonomous rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with an outdoor restroom. The Joglo room in particular, entirely built of wood, is a great display of traditional architecture. We loved the big wooden table, where we had the most delicious meals prepared by the amazing and friendly staff. Overall it is spacious and well balanced, well located but quiet, clean, with friendly and helpful staff. We absolutely loved it and look forward to the next time.

We stayed two nights at Sahana Villas and totally loved it — we wished to stay some more days, but had a strict travel plan. The staff are awesome and it felt like home. They made every wish come true and prepared a wonderful fresh breakfast every morning. The villa itself is outstandingly beautiful, the pool is great and we really loved the outdoor bathroom. Located close to Seminyak centre, it’s the perfect place to get to a stylish restaurant or bar, and only 10 minutes by taxi to the beach. Totally loved it and hope to come back sometime.
